Focus Series

This spring, Lauren is so excited to be offering three skill-based, strength-forward class series designed to build confidence and real results in a focused setting. 

Since Lauren's 1:1 Training books are currently closed, this is a rare opportunity to gain access to her coaching. Note: you'll be assigned homework between classes, which you'll be expected to complete in order to get the most out of these series.

 

April – Get Your First Pull-Up

Master alignment, core stability, and pressing strength from the ground up

First Four Mondays in June at 6:30am
4-week series | $169 | 8 spots
An introduction to barbell fundamentals — squat, deadlift, press — with individualized coaching so you know the basics and safety of using barbells and how to structure a barbell workout program on your own

Get Your First Pull-Up

Mondays in April at 6:30am

There are few movements more empowering than your first strict pull-up. This 4-week small-group intensive is designed to help you build the strength, control, and confidence to perform strict pull-ups or chin-ups — or significantly increase the reps you can already do.

We break it down into its essential components:

Scapular control, Core tension, Eccentric strength, Smart progression strategies, Grip strength and shoulder stability

You’ll leave with:

Get Your First Push-Up

Mondays in May at 6:30am

4-week series | $149 | 12 spots

The push-up is a full-body strength movement — not just an arm exercise. This 4-week intensive teaches you how to build strict, controlled push-ups from the ground up.

We focus on:

Core integration, Shoulder stability, Tempo control, Smart volume progression, Full range of motion strength

By the end, you will:
Perform stronger and more efficient reps, Understand scaling options, Improve upper body strength, Increase core stability

Ideal for:
Clients working toward floor push-ups, Clients stuck on knees, Anyone wanting better upper body strength mechanics

Learn to Lift: Barbells

First 4 Mondays in June at 6:30am

4-week series | $169 | 8 spots

Barbells are powerful tools — when you know how to use them. This 4-week workshop series teaches you how to squat, deadlift, and press safely and effectively using barbells.

We focus on:

Setup mechanics, Proper bracing, Understanding load selection, How to structure your own lift day, Technique refinement in a supportive environment

You’ll gain:
Confidence with barbell movements, Clear understanding of squat vs hinge mechanics, A simple, repeatable strength template, Coaching feedback every week

This series is perfect for:

Clients intimidated by the rack or the bar, Anyone who has “lifted before” but never learned why, Clients ready to progress beyond dumbbells
