Our 1, 4, and 12 Class Passes for Group Training allow you to interchangeably attend any combination of our Small Group Training Classes, which include classes with Gayle, Kevin, Lauren, and Ann, and are listed below. ($25 Drop In)
The first time you make a purchase, you'll be asked to create an account and then download our own custom "FIT Carrboro" app in your mobile app store. Use the Schedule to reserve your spot in class, and then for future purchases, you can go to Memberships in-app to make a selection. Note that sessions booked in one category cannot be used to book into other categories.

Group Classes to Help You Stay FIT for Life
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
Mondays 6-7am with Lauren (starts June 16)
Join Lauren for this summer HIIT Class! Each High Intensity Interval Training class will consist of 10 min warm up, 30 min of intervals, and 10 min cool down. We will be performing dynamic full body movements designed to get your heart rate up during the work intervals and then let your heart rate recover during the rest intervals. Extensive warm up and cool down sections will help prevent injuries and keep you feeling great all summer long. Only offered June 16th thru September 1st!


FIT Circuit for Women
Tues & Thurs 7-8am with Gayle
Join Gayle for an intermediate to advanced total body strength and conditioning class for women and moms that has been going strong for the last 6 years! We use free weights, barbells, medicine balls, suspension trainers, kettlebells, and more in this dynamic class. Experience is required - if you're a beginner, check out Kevin's Intro to Strength Training Class!
Intro to Strength Training
Sundays 11am-12pm with Kevin
This class is an ongoing open enrollment class you can drop into anytime. It is designed for those who are new to strength training and want a blueprint to improve bone density, increase muscular strength, improve muscular endurance, and build a healthy foundation while maintaining a low risk of injury. We will also cover utilizing proper technique while training along with correcting muscle imbalances and why it is necessary. People of all ages are welcome.

Group Class Policies
All Single Drop In and 4 Class Passes expire 3 months from purchase date. All 12 Class Passes expire 6 months from purchase date. Classes become available to book in the schedule in the FIT Carrboro app 4 weeks in advance. If you have registered for a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will lose that session credit. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, that session credit will be returned to you. In the case that class is full, there is a waitlist and you will be added to the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist will be enrolled in the class. Same cancellation rules apply. Refunds for class passes may be issued to customers in specific cases of illness or other extenuating circumstances - please contact FIT Carrboro to discuss if this applies to you.
