The first time you make a purchase, you'll be asked to create an account and download the app. Once you're in, you can browse all of our options for Class Pass Purchases in each category.

In our Pilates Reformer Classes starting Sep 3, enjoy a personalized experience with only 3 participants per class and with our incredible instructors Gayle, Ann, and Amy.

You can purchase Class Passes (Drop in for $25, or purchase a 4 Class Pass or a 12 Class Pass) to attend any combination of our Small Group Training Classes, which include classes with Gayle, Kevin, Stuart, and Ann, and are listed below.

Young Elites for Teens
Mon 7:30-8:30pm & Sat 10-11am with Gabby
Coach Gabby's teen athletes program, which ran through the summer, will start back up on August 26 and run through the fall. Sports performance training to increase young athletes (ages 13-18) strength, speed, agility, vertical and coordination for their sport, all while cultivating a fun and friendly learning environment. Drop in for $25. See you soon!
FIT Circuit for Women
Tues & Thurs 7-8am with Gayle
Join Gayle for an intermediate to advanced total body strength and conditioning class for women and moms that has been going strong for the last 6 years! We use free weights, barbells, medicine balls, suspension trainers, kettlebells, and more in this dynamic class. Experience is required - if you're a beginner, check out Kevin's Intro to Strength Training Class!
Tai Chi - Movement Meditation
Mon, Wed & Fri 7-8am with Stuart
All levels of experience welcome - beginners encouraged! Stuart brings decades of experience studying and practicing Tai Chi in China with Yang Chen Long and in the US with Dr. Wang Jun, and is thrilled to share this incredible practice and energy with the FIT Carrboro community.
Mat Pilates
Mondays 12-1pm with Ann
Join expert Pilates instructor Ann starting September 9th for a fun mix of classical and contemporary Mat Pilates for an incredible core and alignment focused workout! Ann has been teaching Mat Pilates for decades and is thrilled to bring this class to FIT Carrboro.
Intro to Strength Training
Sundays 11am-12pm with Kevin
This class starts September 15 and is for those who are new to strength training and want a blueprint to improve bone density, increase muscular strength, improve muscular endurance, and build a healthy foundation while maintaining a low risk of injury. We will also cover utilizing proper technique while training along with correcting muscle imbalances and why it is necessary. People of all ages are welcome.

Our 50 min Reformer Fundamentals classes with Gayle are a wonderful way for novices and folks with some experience to experience Pilates in an affordable yet personalized way with only 3 people in each class.

Intermediate Class
with Ann & Amy
Our 50 min Reformer Intermediate classes taught by Ann and Amy are a wonderful way for experienced practitioners to progress their skills and fitness in Pilates in an affordable yet personalized way with only 3 people in each class.
$45 per person

Group Class Policies
All Single Drop In and 4 Class Passes expire 3 months from purchase date. All 12 Class Passes expire 6 months from purchase date. Classes become available to book in the schedule in the FIT Carrboro app 4 weeks in advance. If you have registered for a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will lose that session credit. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, that session credit will be returned to you. In the case that class is full, there is a waitlist and you will be added to the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist will be enrolled in the class. Same cancellation rules apply. Refunds for class passes may be issued to customers in specific cases of illness or other extenuating circumstances - please contact FIT Carrboro to discuss if this applies to you.
