Service Description
This class is for those who are new to strength training and want a blueprint to improve bone density, increase muscular strength, improve muscular endurance, and build a healthy foundation while maintaining a low risk of injury. This class focuses on balance, joint stability, strengthening muscles around the knees, hips, shoulders, and lower back. We will also cover utilizing proper technique while training along with correcting muscle imbalances and why it is necessary. People of all ages are welcome.
