Let the Contest begin...
We’re so excited to announce that our annual Planksgiving Contest is returning this year, starting November 1 and running through Wednesday the 26th, just before Thanksgiving. Whether you’re a seasoned planker or just want to try something new, this challenge is for everyone.
What’s the Challenge?
Longest Plank Contest: Hold a plank for as long as you can—the top 3 people with the longest continuous planks win big prizes, along with a prize for longest time for new participant, longest time for people 18 and younger, longest plank for people 65 and older, and a special category for Most Creative Plank.
Raffle for Everyone: For every 60 seconds you hold a plank, you earn one raffle entry. More seconds = more entries = higher chance to win raffle prizes. Plus, complete our PLANK BINGO card and get an additional 3 Raffle entries!

Key Info & How to Participate
Hold your longest plank anytime between Nov 1 → Nov 26
Fill out a Post-it Note with your name and time, and put it on the Big Wall at the rear of the studio
You can try as many times as you'd like - your longest plank hold time will be your official submission to the contest
You'll get 1 Raffle entry for every 60 seconds of the total time of your longest plank held (for example, if your best effort is 5 minutes and 5 seconds, you'll get 5 Raffle entries)
Plank during your training session at the gym, or ask us about scheduling a time to come in just to plank. If you're a virtual client, you can record yourself planking and send it to us

Raffle Entry Rules
1 Raffle entry per 60 sec of your longest plank time
3 additional Raffle entries if you fill out our Plank BINGO card during the contest! Get a copy at the studio.

Safety Notes
All planks should be with your forearms/elbows and toes on floor.
No hands on floor, no knees on floor!
Must keep hips still and in line with the body, small arm adjustments allowed
Stop planking if you feel pain, tingling, or numbness
